📍 What to Include in Your Sighting

Please include as many details as you can:

  • City & State (example: Jeffersonville, IN)

  • Area or landmark (street name, park, subdivision — no home addresses)

  • Date & time of the sighting

  • Number of deer (one, two, or a group)

  • Type (buck, doe, fawn, or unsure)

  • What the deer was doing (crossing road, feeding, standing, running)

  • Safety concerns (near traffic, injured, acting unusually)

Photos are welcome if you already have one, but never get closer just to take a picture.
